We will be doing a book report every week. Monday's homework will say, "Start book report." This means pick out a book and start reading it. A book report form will be passed out on Monday or Tuesday. The book report is due on Friday.
Write a short summary of the book. Three or four sentences is enough. The back of the paper may be used if needed.
Pick your favorite part of the story and draw a picture of it.
The five stars at the bottom of the book report form are to show your opinion of the book. If you thought the book was terrific, color in five stars. If you thought the book was very good, color in four stars. If you thought the book was OK, color in three stars. If you didn't like it too much, color in two stars. If you really didn't like the book, color in one star, or no stars.
